If you are facing this kind of notification from google the below procedure will work for you on your blogger blog:

STEP 1: Go to Blogger dashboard
STEP 2: On left-handed menu; choose “Settings”
STEP 3: Click “Search preferences”
STEP 4: You will see new option at the bottom side of right pane “Monetization” or "custom ads.txt" STEP
5: You will see “Custom ads.txt” option to edit.



STEP 6: Add the settings provided by all your 3rd party Ad networks and “Save” settings. (i.e copy google ads id which look like: pub-xxxxxxxxxx copy it to gather with your own ad id and past it here)
STEP 7: You then able to check the Ads.txt file by going to the URL like “https:www.yourwebsiteurl.com/ads.txt”
Note:In some cases your ads may even stop showing but don't worry about that it will comeback automatically and this changes will take effect within or after 24hrs, due to the server update.
