Blogger provide this privilege for you just follow the steps below:
- in your blogger dashboard navigate "setting" and click on it
- click on "basic".
- click on add author beneath your email address

- enter the email address of the person you wish to add as author and
- click on "send invitation".
Ok what you need to do is to wait for you new author to accept it through an email that google will send to him.

Ask him to log in to his gmail account and hit the accept the invitation button after all refresh your page at exactly were you are now and you will see him as an author of your blog, he can now post on the blog as contributor but only you can have the privileges of admin.

How to change admin of blogger

In the above tutorial we have seen how to add author to blogger, but being him the author will not give him privileges of admin the author is just restricted for some duties only.
To give this author full access to this blog you need to go through some additional steps such as:

- click on drop-down author panel and select admin.
If you wish to handed over the blog entirely:

- click on small drop=down to the right corner of your email and select author you will see warning message telling you that what you are doing is irreversible,

click ok now you are no more admin of this blog from there you can remove your self at all
