welcome to the Netskippers site, a site for computer and the webdesign tutorial courses. At this site we aim to give you knowledge of website design and web application
in this tutorial courses we assumed that you don't to have any
knowledge of website design or designing a web pages you have little experience, so throught out this courses you are expected to learn the fundamental of webdesign especially

And hopefully be able to take it to the further level on your own wishes or need base on what you have learnt in the tutorial. So during our time togather
you will learn some new concepts or idears which will not be difficult. Splease bear with us and you will make your stunning web site that will be ready to
published all you are expected to do is to follow the lesson carefully.
HTML is there at the heart of any web pages and CSS enhance them to get nice look. Javascript, bootstrap and jquery were used to control the behaviours
of your web pages togather with some validations, and PHP mysql used to manipulate the forms on your website or allow your visitors to login and keep their
record or data you can also use php and my sql to create some web applications as well we will look to to this in the future.

<p>For those that are using computer you only need notepad to start this tutorial while know a day technology make things easy
with your androud device you can also joint the courses and i will tell you how. firstly you need to download notepad from your play store but i suggest
Notes2SD Text Editor which is suitable for writting web pages or codes and it also allow you to save your file on SD with .html or any kind of format
you wish to use. For computer users to find notepad click on start> click on all programmes> click on accessories then navigate onto find notepad, or you
can click on start write the word "notepad" in search box and press enter to locate and double click left click to open it, the software will look like like
ms-word when it open.</p><br>.

<p>what is web page?</p>
A webpage is a prepared document which include text, pictures, vedios, flash, iframes etc, but it differ from document like in ms word excel or
pptx. But what make them different is something we call extentions, like if you create a slides in powerpoint and name it 'presentation'
then the powerpoint software will automatically add four letters extentions (.pptx) to your file then it will be presentation.pptx,
the same as microsoft word if create a document and name it 'cv'then the software will add it own letters extention (.doc) then your document
will be cv.doc and this extensions help computer programs to differentiate their files from the others. The same thing happened when it comes
to web pages if you create a page and name it potfolio then you need to add extension that will allowed browser to know that this is web page
that we can open and then opened it web page extension is this (.html) any time if you create a webpage in your notepad you have to save it
with the extension .html, example: now if you creatte a web page and name it portfolio then since it it web page now you have to assign
the web page extension(.html) infront of your page then it will be like this 'portpolio.html' so that browsers like google crome ,mozila,firefox,safari,internet explorer and
opera will have access to it(recognise the page as web page), now you will also construct your first web page.</P></div>
