To verify your Google AdSense firstly log in to your AdSense account and click on the phrase in the notification that Google sent to you which is (click here) in bold

After clicking on it , it will take you to another page with column were you will put your pin, you can only requested the pin three times so if you are in that level now no need to do any thing with the column just scroll down you will see another note below like this

"If you don't received your pin within 4 weeks from this date , please complete this form..."

After clicking on that it will take you to the form that you will fill and there is need to attach a digital image of your either ID card, Telephone bill, or bank statement displaying your payee name and mailing address as it appear in your account, this is very important and make sure the image is in google quality as it was needed to vividly appear.

After filling the form now click on submit button and wait for your form to be submitted to Google. If the form is submitted successfully just wait for 1-3 days to receive the email from Google for the verification status this usually come within just five minutes after submission but in some cases it may take more time. During this time just keep calm until you received the mail which will look like this

In the mail you will receive, You will see a message like this

"Hello, thank you for sending your proof of identity, i am happy to tell you this fulfills the address verification requirement for AdSense. You no longer need to enter PIN for this account..."

After receiving this message you then need little steps to follow as you can see
Go back to your Google AdSense account if you see the warning notification again you need to refresh your account by click on refresh icon on the browser address bar, you are advise to do so after 15minutes to above after receiving the mail.
