HOW TO ADD FILES TO BLOGGER FOR DOWNLOAD

As any other websites bloggers can also add Audio, video and document files for download, your visitors may like to download some files you have added to your blogger blog, here is a procedure i follow on my blogs you too can adapt it and it will work for you.
Before you can allow this feature on blogger you first need to visit https://sites.google.com and click on "CREATE" it will take you to the next window.

Choose "blank template"
scroll down and enter the name you wish to give your site and choose location
Confirm that you are not a robot by filling the recapture
click on "create" to have your site created.
in the next window

click on the + sign to the top right corner, see the indicated area as in the above image
you will be taken to the next step were you can upload the file

click on "Add File"
click on "save"
wait a little moment for your file to finish uploading

on the right side of the uploaded file you will see download icon, if you are using computer you will then right-click on this file and select copy url to copy the file link.

But for those that are using mobile device we have no this option so what can we do now since there is no right-click on mobile?
Here is simple solution: Tap on the download icon it will try to start download long-press on the address on the address bar of your browser

you will see the option to copy, try and copy the link.
We have uploaded our file to google site we are now going to embedded it in our post so that our visitors will have privilege to download the file.
Go to your blogger and create new post if you still not sure on how to do this read our tutorial on How to create a post in blogger . In a blogger text editor put your content until you reach to the place you wanted to add the file for download and put this codes

or you can add it from your blogger text editor click on the "link" from the editor toolbar
write the word "Download" or any other word you like your visitors to touch for download in the "text to display" box
in the second box below that past the link you have copy earlier you are done save and publish your post it will come up with download link. Here is an example' you can download a This funny video now if you touch the green text with this phrase "This funny video" it will download the funny video to your device and not only the video you can add any file you like with this step.
